We operate a tenant first service, as we believe this is the key to happiness and success. We want our houses to be a home, and it’s impossible to feel at home when problems aren’t solved, questions aren’t answered and help isn’t provided.
Being renting young professionals ourselves, we noticed there was a severe lack of high quality coliving properties on the market. After months of struggling to find somewhere to live, we created Next Gen Coliving, with the goal of improving the quality of housing for young professionals in the UK. All whilst creating a community to help people truly build a network around their home.
